Easily Excited?

Let the games begin.

Claude Julien is the expert on Montreal in Boston:

"It’s really the only sport in town, and in that building the fans get excited and get excited pretty easily,” he said.

How easily Claude?

- By scoring the most goals in the league?

- By getting the most points in the East?

- By beating teams we despise in the regular season? Repeatedly?

Don't sell the Bell Centre crowd short Claude. The crowd has knowledge to go with that passion. Where else can you hear raucous cheers for a save one minute and ironic cheers for a missed pass?

I suppose we shouldn't be surprised as Claude has been coaching for a couple of years in hockey caverns where any noise at all would be interpreted as excitement.

Bring your earplugs Claude.
